Though perhaps Kärreman and Rasche might argue this is understandable as the complex environments businesses operate mean that vagueness is inevitable / necessary (and we recognise the BS for what it is!) Maybe the response to that finding might be to suggest the need for more clarity but this could backfire as we are all onboard that this is not needed and are happy for the strategy to remain vague.
